How about some applause for our clean swimmers?
In light of the onslaught of press pertaining to doping violations in elite US athletes, I thought it was appropriate to take a minute to point out the excellent performance of our swimmers without the aid of illegal drugs.
Having to hear all the negative press in the aftermath of the Floyd Landis, Justin Gatlin, and Marion Jones doping scandals makes me all that much more proud of the wonderful swimmers who represent the US so well. They are wonderful role models and should be commended for their triumphs; which are acheived through dedication, hard work, and clean competition!

I just read that in the paper today about Jusin Gatlin and his 8 year ban. I was so shocked! He was my favorite sprinter!
I read an article earlier that Grant Hackett is wanting to be involved with the drug banning process after he’s done with swimming. I thought that was kinda cool.
WOOO HOOOO! go swimmers. way to represent a great sport and drug free!
