Those Be Fighting Words!!
Okay, so I’m all for Amanda’s playboy cover. And I don’t mind defending my view (if you want that, hit me up!). But, I swear, if I ever met this guy who wrote this blog/article, there would be more than debating going on! Put up your dukes and read some pieces of the article!
So gold medal swimmer Amanda Beard has posed nude in Playboy, and is featured on the cover of the July edition of the men’s magazine. Big deal. If she weren’t an Olympian she’d be just another girl willing to take her clothes off for the camera.

Beard is a successful athlete and is relatively good looking, but other than the fact that she is an Olympic gold medal-winning swimmer, there’s nothing about her posing nude – or her looks – that is noteworthy.
Us Swim Aids beg to differ!

The fact that she’s beautiful WITHOUT cosmetic surgery? “In this day and age of airbrushing, cosmetic surgery ad breast enhancement looks are not only plentiful, they can be bought as well.” All the more reason to be excited about AB! She’s got a healthy body image, and she’s beautiful without any cosmetic work! Thats what we women LIKE to see these days, not those little barbie dolls that no one can be with out thousands of dollars, and hours in photoshop! This guy can literally kiss my white ass.

If you do an image search for Sanders, you’ll find none of the cheesecake-type photos that Beard has posed for. Sanders has fashioned a great career for herself based on her talent and personality. She found her niche, had a grip on her good and bad points and has reaped the benefits as a result.”
exactly! SUMMER SANDERS (who is AWESOME, btw. LOOOVE her) found HER niche. She is NOT Amanda, nor will she ever be! So Amanda posed in playboy, not only is she hot, she has found HER niche! So blow me mr. IdontthinkABishot, because there are plenty of us that do!

It justs frustrates me because its people like him that make young girls feel like they’re not good enough, and make them feel like they need to change for society to even consider them beautiful. Ya know?
I never commented on here before, I usually just read whatever you gals have to say. But today, I can’t say nothing about this pathetic excuse for a man who wrote this digusting blog. This guy is such a sexist pig, he actually refers to women who pose nude as “bimbos,” and says that he really enjoys women who are bimbos. But then he says Amanda is not even good enough to be one of those bimbos. He says that there are much prettier girls out there thanks to cosmetic advancements. What kind of a douche bag only values women who are a science project from a plastic surgeon’s office? REAL men have respect for women and don’t call them bimbos. REAL men realize a woman is gorgeous when she is natural looking. Can you believe this guy is a high school coach? I hope a parent from the school reads his blog and gives him hell! I could go and on, but I think my blood pressure would only continue to rise.
