Behold: Team USA

Posted July 13, 2008 at 6:29 pm by Suz in Olympics, Video

I’m not sure how long this will be up since I have no clue if this falls under the ‘restricted content’ umbrella from Trials. The way to know if this is ‘bad’ will be if this post disappears in the near future. Watch the vid while you can!

Here is the parade of Team USA qualifiers for Beijing as they paraded past the media section. There were a few absentees, but I’d say it was the majority of the squad!

Oh, and here is the obligatory NBC Olympics link.

Also, no you’re not seeing things. There are ads on Swim Aids now. Gotta pay the bills, yo!

You must have one of them magic computering machines!

Or an advanced ad blocker. Thanks for your help! :P

JK, but they’re there. Just Google ones, though.

      a) I like that you can hear me wooing in the background like paul did for my video. did you still want that?
      b) i also like paul waving at us in the video.
      c) it is about time you start adding ads. get yours where you can.

Yea, I still want that video! The Qwest Center looked so tight decked out in red, white, and blue!

I had to cut off the last couple of seconds of that video because I lost focus after Paul waved haha

ahhh, google ads. the advanced supercomputer i have is this thing called ad blindness from 15-20 years on the Internet already. I think I’ve been online more than half my life. Scary!

I still remember those things called answering machines, and actually calling someone 18 times in a row until the “busy signal” went away. It was Junior High, what else would I be doing with my time?

Quick request. Can you make the google ad links be target/blanks?

Wanting to support you and the site, but it sucks when it takes me away from the site.

Not sure I can without risking getting my account deleted. I’m not “allowed” to edit the javascript. I know you know how to open links in new windows. That’s the only way it can be done, I believe.
