Kalyn Keller Retires From Swimming

We were saddened to read about Kalyn Keller’s retirement from swimming today.

Kalyn was recently diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and its symptoms were making swimming difficult.

In the Detroit Free Press interview, she says the following:

“If I hadn’t gotten this, I’d still be swimming. But right now I need to go home and do what I have to do to get healthy.”

We’ve got nuthin’ but love for the Keller family and we wish her all the best as she focuses of her health. Take care of yourself, Kalyn!

      I read this article earlier and it made me so sad! She needs to do whatever she can to get healthy, so you can’t hate her for it!

      awww..man i fall off the face of the earth for like two days and kalyn retires =( i wish her all the best in getting well

      Kalyn- As I write this I just can’t bring myself to even fathom the word “retirement”. My prayers go out to you and your family. May the upcoming new year bring you good health and happiness.
