Go Support The Wolverines…Or Else!
Or else we’ll send Erika to your house to punch you in the face!
We just want to let y’all know, since Club Wolverine Owns Us, that the UM schedule for 07-08 is out and y’all need to go support those boys. Why? Because we said so! Oh, and also because we can’t…
We’d also like to let you know that nothing, short of an act of God, will get us to any UM meets this time around. Yea, we know we’re slacking, but we have a plan, so just bear with us. We will be there in spirit! The alum exhibition and Big Tens interests us more than anything else, but we have to use a little self control this year. Next summer is going to make all of us broke! Besides, I need to go see some of my peoples on tour this fall. I work for/with some music artists too. Y’all don’t know nuthin’ bout that!
And I know I have less of an excuse than the other Swim Aids, being that I’m less than 3 hours from Ann Arbor, but I’d just like to remind everyone that I went to all of the UM meets (home & away) but one during the 2005-06 season. So back up off me! Now, my mind can be changed in rare occurances — and by request — but I wouldn’t hold my breath if I were y’all. However, it should be noted that I will accept gifts in the form of flowers (lillies) and McDonald’s gift certificates (mmm, fries).
Anyway, Go Blue!

I totally believe Erika would do that too! Hmmm…perhaps if I stayed in Michigan and went to the college I wanted to go to with my bff (and for the record, it was only 40 minutes from U of M), I may have gone to the meets. Oh well…we’ll all be there in spirit…and on the mgoblue website!

I’ve seen some of you guys at meets but didn’t realize there was a secret society involved…
Anyway, I’ll be at the meet at Northwestern and probably the one in Bloomington.
hahaha! Yea, we’ve been all over the place, but we’re glad you’ll be able to lend your support in our absence! Oh, and our secret society was never all that secret to begin with. This site was made long after we became chummy with a some of the UM/CW swimmers. But I must add that it is a wonderful society to be a part of

I’m in Chicago so Northwestern meets are no problem. Once they release their schedule I’ll have a better idea of how much “reporting” I’ll be able to do. Heh.
Erika might want you to go to people’s houses at night, with a long lens, so you may not want to agree to report back to her. Just kidding. Kind of?
