Psychic or Typo??

Meeuw was 3.47 seconds behind in second place. The world record of 1:49.05 is held by Ryan Lochte of the United States, set at the World Championships in Melbourne in March.

You be the judge: Did a Psychic predit this, or is it just a typo???
